Prepoll (Early) Voting - 22 Nov to 3 Dec 9am to 5pm

Lachlan's Line Auditorium, Jarvis Circuit, North Ryde

I am thrilled to announce my East Ward team have been endorsed by the Labor Party to run in the 4 December local government elections! Our team all care deeply about our environment, our river, open space and most importantly making sure every resident has an opportunity to be part of our community and be heard when they need to be.

I have worked very hard on council over the last four years; out in the community; with local organisations and on many committees; with our council but also with regional council organisations to help make Ryde a great place to live. I’ll be out and about over the next few months convincing the community to give me their vote so I can continue the important work I’ve started.

I am especially proud to introduce 3 other committed local residents who will run with me in the East Ward. A gender-balanced team that represent different ages and areas of the East Ward. Joining me on my ticket are:

From Gladesville - Eloise Price

Eloise lives in Gladesville. She works for a legal firm while also studying politics and sociology at UTS. She is passionate about representing her community, bringing positive change and giving a voice to young people across the City of Ryde.

From North Ryde - James Jelly

James lives in North Ryde and has lived there his entire life, attending Ryde East Public school and Hunters Hill High. He works for government in E-Health helping improve patient care through clinical education. He is cares about disability services, renewable energy, the uptake of electric vehicles and is running for council to advocate for a more progressive city.

From Putney - Chris Rutter

Chris lives in Putney with his family. He works as a senior executive and company secretary in Finance, is a Chartered Accountant and also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Chris is heavily involved in the Putney community where he volunteers at the local public school and local sports club. His passion is football, in fact his whole family play for the local club. Chris has also served the community on the City of Ryde Sport advisory committee
